My Family immigrated from the Philippines back in the 1940's, bringing with them all the traditions and authentic cuisine that has been deeply rooted in our culture for generations. Although I was born and raised in America, I was fortunate enough to have been passed along these deep rooted traditions, so as to keep it alive. Among the many Filipino traditions I love, Lumpia has been my ultimate favorite! I am pleased to see how much the love of Lumpia has grown in America and is truly enjoyed by all. My goal is to continue sharing the Filipino Lumpia tradition by re-creating the recipes passed onto me through my family, but also inventing new flavors that would appeal to the changing society.
